Jon Bagrosky joined Tenneco in June 2023 as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, responsible for cultivating a culture that not only draws talent but also inspires our 63,000+ members of Team Tenneco to win. In 2024, Jon was promoted to the Chief Administrative Officer for Tenneco, overseeing the functions of human resources, communications, and environment, health, safety and security (EHSS).

Jon brings a wealth of leadership experience to his role, including:

Jon earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology and business management from Saginaw Valley State University in Michigan and a master’s degree in organizational dynamics from the University of Oklahoma. (He’s a proud Sooner!)
