Shahid Bosan is Managing Director, Private Equity at Apollo. He currently serves on the board of directors of Tenneco and Great Canadian Gaming Corporation, having previously served on the board of directors of Coinstar. 

Since joining Apollo in 2015, Mr. Bosan has been involved in the execution of the firm’s investments in Borchers, Caesars Entertainment, Coinstar, Eagle Picher, Expedia, Gannett, Great Canadian Gaming Corporation, Redbox, Tenneco, Yahoo! and Veritable. Prior to joining Apollo, Mr. Bosan was an associate in the Direct Investment Group at GIC. Before that, he was a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions and Financial Institutions Groups at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Mr. Bosan graduated magna cum laude from University of Pennsylvania with a BSE degree in Finance and a BSE degree in System Engineering.
