At Tenneco, Manavendra (Manu) Sial isn’t only our Chief Financial Officer – he’s a pivotal force in steering the company. Since joining us at the start of 2024, he has taken the helm of financial planning and analysis, accounting and reporting, and tax and treasury. As you might expect, he’s a whiz with a spreadsheet, but his role goes beyond the numbers. He plays a crucial role in weaving financial strategy with core business operations to propel Tenneco forward.

His experience includes both publicly traded companies and private equity groups:

Manu earned a degree in commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce at the University of Delhi and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
