Tracey Byrne is the talent operating partner within the private equity group of Apollo Global Management, where she oversees the firm’s strategy for portfolio company talent, with a focus on executive and board talent and organizational effectiveness. Prior to joining Apollo in 2024, Byrne was managing director, talent operating partner and global head of human resources for Macquarie Asset Management’s global portfolio of infrastructure investments, where she built the asset management talent function. She has also held key leadership roles in human resources and organizational development at Goldman Sachs and across the broader Macquarie Group in Australia, Asia and the United States. Byrne holds a double bachelor’s degree in commerce and arts (Spanish/European history) from the University of Technology Sydney and la Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona.
